So slowly I can be sure that this is only read by those who are interested in hiking or at least "moving through nature". So I just keep going. Because I made such a beautiful hike in the Abel Tasman National Park that I want to rave again ... Oh, just look at pictures! The loop was that of Totaranui the Abel ...

Franz Josef, West Coast, Robert Ridge

After I've unfortunately fallen in love with the Alps, I'm about 100% (does that work?) Behind my schedule (I've booked a continuation flight a long time ago). So now fix a few miles, not without the highlights on the way to collect: off to the West Coast. The Franz Josef Glacier is the most famous and for many of New Zealand's most impressive glaciers.

Once Wanaka and back

After the overwhelming and exhausting trip to the Matukituki Valley regenerative days were in Wanaka. Wanaka: strategically similar to Queenstown minus the hordes of drunken tourists. The regeneration program in four stages or days: 1. Chill out 2. Disc golf 3. The "small" hiking day 4. The big hiking excursion Day 1: Sleep in, rest, go shopping, do laundry and especially after days yourself again…
