Seven days Chiang Mai.
This was especially the Yi Peng & Loi Krathong-Feierei, but also:
- sleep a lot
- little sleep
- plan the further trip (including various flight and car rental bookings)
- play Ultimate
- coincidentally meet Nora (player from Germany, I know a long time) and celebrate their birthday
- excellent food for a joke (Burmese, I needed a good salad)
- go into the wonderful nature - fantastic walks lure from outskirts ... The jungle reaches almost to the front door
- get told sad love stories of supposedly trendy, but certainly bad-drunk food bloggers
- visit parades and temples
- eat even more (eg in the cat café)
Absolutely pleasant time. No wonder that so many foreigners are stuck in this city. It was not my first time here and probably not my last.
On to the next cultural change ...
Here are some pictures of my favorite elephants, mushrooms, -tempels, -cats, -waterfalls, -paradewagen and the special "how many box towers a car can handle" (for the parade) and ... Yes, even a monk has to use the leaf blower beigehen!
